Oral micronised progesterone is well-established as providing sufficient endometrial protection. That's why Prometrium is now the standard recommendation. The all-in-one supplement that comes closest is RN Labs Lipotropex, for which you'll need authority from a naturopath, nutritionist, or pharmacist. It has everything but the magnesium.

In my experience, saliva is a not a good way to measure progesterone (I used to order saliva tests, but no longer do). So, a high salivary progesterone reading is likely a mistake or inaccurate result.

In general, yes, I think estrogen therapy can be helpful in a situation like yours. But, of course, check with your clinician.

So, your height is 171cm? What is your waist measure? Much of what you've described sounds like insulin resistance, including HOMA-IR index (anything above 1 is insulin resistance). This would be an example of how (as I describe in the book) a low insulin reading can be misleading or inaccurate. And...

The pill (and resulting SHBG) is a well-known cause of low libido. The reference range for women is approximately 20 to 150 nmol/L. And yes, it will take a while to come down.

Also, with TSH on the high side of normal, it can be worth testing thyroid antibodies.
