Histamine and estrogen

I'm peri and am really struggling. I believe I may have a histamine intolerance and when I try estrogen it floors me to the point I can't do anything. Dizziness, fatigue, spaced out cannot get off sofa. I also think I may have endometriosis due to the constant pelvic pain. Also alot of my problems started after having covid Feb 22 where all my eyes swelled. Im quite confused about the whole thing and struggling to understand.
