Endometriosis and HRT due to POI

My endometriosis caused overt premature ovarian insufficiency. I have been on HRT for the last year and it has caused a lot of additional issues (fibroids, endometrioma, cysts). How do you recommend women in my situation manage both these conflicting diagnoses?
