ASD and hormones

I’ve had a recent late-in-life diagnosis of asd. I’ve also been on a journey 2 years postpartum following my moods and symptoms getting more sensitive around high estrogen times. I’m following a lot of your advice in your books to try and lower my estrogen except for hormone therapy, which I’m nervous to try. Have you worked with anyone with asd and had success? any advice?
