This episode 10 is me all over. I’ve never felt like eating breakfast, exercise in morning makes me tired and feel worse, I’ve always been a night owl. I’ve just been diagnosed with insulin resistance after years of gaining weight around my mid section which never gets smaller even though I eat whole food diet with minimal carbs. What do I do to correct my body clock?
