Hormonal headaches

My question is about hormones & headaches/sinus issues.
I consistently get migraine like headaches at ovulation & just before my cycle. This has been after having my kids, for the last 5 or so years. I’ve got my cycle regulated recently however the sinus issues and headaches remains a mystery to me. I wonder if you have anyone with a similar issue? Or if it is even possible that headaches are cycle related?
