15 year old and vitex/chasteberry

Hi Dr. Lara,
I know you have said that vitex/chasteberry shouldn't really be given to teens, but I am considering this product, Flo Gummies (https://flovitamins.com/) for my daughter. She has quite painful, heavy periods that interfere with her quality of life. I know it would be better to try giving up dairy first, but she is already gluten free and her life is quite stressful due to some other circumstances - giving up dairy feels too difficult for her and me right now. She is 15 and has been getting her period since she was 10.5 years. Do you think it would be okay to try that product?
