Diminished ovarian reserve

Hi Lara!

I am 34 and have been diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve. FSH was 13 and AMH is .05.

I was curious if you have any specific suggestions on optimizing fertility especially since my numbers are pointing towards early menopause if not premature.

Aside from fertility, I really worry about long term health consequences and finding resources on this condition is VERY hard.

Would love to hear if anyone else has been in this position and what worked for them.
