HIGH LEVELS OF ANDROSTENEDION

Hello,
I have pcos, I am insuline resistent. I have normal levels of free testosterone, testosterone, DHEA, DHEAS but high levels of 17-oh progesterone, androstenedione and sometimes happen that my ACTH drops down. Is androstenedione made by ovaries or adrenals? Can I have both insuline resistance pcos and adrenal one? My hair is simply falling in clamps and I am wondering how to stop it and restore my androgen levels.
