Hello ladies

Post by JennaUK »

Just introducing myself…

I am Jenna, I live in the UK. I am a huge fan of Lara’s book and podcast. I feel really sad that as woman we are not taught about our hormones and how to troubleshoot, it is so hard to find true advice. I have learnt so much.

I have struggled with fertility for near 10 years, lost all hope of being a mama but I am implementing some of the supplement suggestions so have some hope that it will work for me.

Much love ❤️

Hey there Jenna,

It sounds like you are taking positive steps, but don't forget that you are only half the equation. When there are problems conceiving, it's a problem with the male partner in around 50% of cases.

Is your partner on-board? Are they doing everything they can to ensure their fertility? Have they seen a fertility specialist or had any tests to check sperm quality etc?

I wish you all the luck in the world in your quest to become a mama, but don't forget that papa has to play his part!

Best of luck!

Hey Jeslyn,

Thank you so much for your reply!

Yes, my hubby has had a lot of tests and all seems well for him.

Sadly, it’s my inability to ovulate x
