Now i don't have a regular period? I have to worry about that?

Hello can please help me. I have irregular periods but last 2 -3 months i don't have a periods it's very small amount of blood it's like nothing to me because in past my periods are higher. And my periods are not in liquid form it's like spotting. And now i don't have a pain when this type of periods i have please someone help what i have to I'm vergin.
