Re: Inositol
Sensitol could be a good product as long as the myo-iD-chiro-inositol are in at least a 40:1 ratio (ie. not too much d-chiro). I couldn't tell from their ingredient list but you could ask them.

Re: Irregular Cycle Question
Do you have androgen symptoms? (ie. facial hair or strong jawline acne) If not, it's probably not PCOS.
Was your prolactin tested?
Are you sure you're eating enough? Because undereating can cause long cycles.

Re: Post pill PCOS now HA?
Early menopause is easy to rule out with a test for FSH. More likely, you are low estrogen because you're undereating for your activity level. Even with the correct strategy of eating more + exercising less, it can actually take up to a year to regain cycles and estrogen. And in answer to your quest...

Re: Low to high progesterone
The most common way to take progesterone is only in the second phase of the cycle when progesterone is supposed to kick in but often doesn't. It all depends on your age, whether you've been ovulating regularly and lots of factors but generally my patients start with progesterone ONLY in the 10 days ...

Antihistamines are more likely than progesterone to be the cause of weight gain.

Re: Pms and utrogestan, first attempt :)
Some women can unfortunately experience a histamine reaction from progesterone. With my patients in a similar situation, I might suggest first an antihistamine plan such as a dairy-free diet, then try progesterone again but at 100 mg. And yes, maybe continuously to start with. But check with your do...

Re: Provera
Did you try some of the phrases from the "how to speak with your doctor" section in my book. Such as:
"Could I try Prometrium instead of Provera? I understand that Prometrium is gentler and safer for breasts."

Re: Body identical hormones as a replacement for Everol conti patches
In the UK, commercially available bioidentical products include an estradiol patch (eg. Estradot) plus Utrogestan.
Or Bijuva, which is is the only commercially available combination bioidentical product.

Re: My cycle has never been regular and lab tests aren't giving me answers
First, your menstrual cycle was not regular when you were on the pill because pill bleeds are not menstrual cycles. Follow the link to my video about this topic . And then possibly start with my blog post Is it PCOS or undereating? where I talk about LH to FSH ratio. That could give you some insight...
