Has anyone active here on the forum experienced period loss due to a low-carb diet too?
If you have recovered it, how long it took you to get your period back?
I was wondering whether an occasional high-intensity workout is OK during hypothalamic amenorrhea recovery, if it's not hard and lasts under 30 minutes. Of course considering that one compensates enough food before/after the workout not to be in an energy deficit. What do you think?
