extreme tiredness

Hi, I get extreme tiredness in the lead up to and first two days of my period. I feel wiped out to the point where it affects my work. Ive always experienced some tiredness but nothing like this. I’ve had an iron test and that is fine. I’m
taking b vits, mag and iron supplements
and I’m also on an estrogen cream. any suggestions?
