Progesterone sensitive

Post by shorty »

Hello 😊
I’ve just started on 200mg in evening
Of micronised progesterone. Was so happy to find this info in your book and wish I’d known 35 years ago! Have never handled contraception even mirena I needed to have removed. I’m trying a moderate dose as recommended. I also get menstrual headaches (no aura) - had bad migraines during puberty so no surprises. I thought to take progesterone cyclic. Periods have been very short over last year (21 -24 days), but stretching out longer now.
Have a pretty good idea of when I ovulate so know when to start.
However I’m concerned about
Sensitivity when I stop and also wonder if I should take it full cycle to help with headaches?
