Hi from Germany. I wanted to ask if you have any information on post-menstrual symptoms. I'm already suffering from burnout last year, but since October 2022 I've been experiencing massive psychological problems from around the 4th to the 10th or 11th day of my period. I am being treated with medication, but it doesn’t compensate for the period.
I've been tracking my cycle for over a year and noticed the worsening quite abruptly. Quite often the psychological suffering is accompanied by severe itching in the genital area, palpitations and dizziness.

Post-menstrual symptoms can be from iron deficiency.
